STORE POLICY

The following terms an conditions are also included on your invoice for your reference.  

Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Please note your order is not secured in my diary until full payment has been received.

 

Once your order is confirmed via payment, if you need to reschedule please let me know as soon as possible and I will of course do my best to accommodate (subject to availability at the new date). Cancellations will incur a fee for any work already carried out (including time spent on design, sourcing items required for your order, etc). Cancellations within 2 weeks of collection date will typically be non-refundable. It is worth noting my cookies come with a best before date 5 weeks post your event date, and can also be frozen for up to 6 months should the need occur.

I take the upmost care in packaging your cookies. Once your order is collected or posted I am not responsible for any damages or breakages that may occur.

Where pick-up is selected, the collection time will be mutually agreed upon, so please be punctual (or be in touch if running late) or a new pick-up time may need to be scheduled at my convenience.

By making payment you are confirming the above order details and accepting these terms and conditions.

Please keep in mind I book out early for the Christmas season, so if you would like cookies for gifting to your clients from 1st December, please get in touch as soon as possible!
